• Tuesday/Wednesday: Page 394, questions 1,3,4,5,6,7I want you to round to two or less decimal places in your confidence intervals. You'll show me which calculator function you used, z-interval or t-interval, and you'll show your complete work on 6 & 7 (minimum samples are rounded up to the next whole). Simply, no work means no credit, as the answers are in the back of the book. You will email a picture of your work to me. 


    So the simple rounding rule is this, straight from the text...
    • if given sample mean and and a standard deviation, round to the same number of places as the mean
    • if given raw data values, round to one more place than the number of decimal places in the original data
