Meet Mrs. Clark
Posted by Autumn Clark on 8/12/2019Hello, I'm Mrs. Clark! This is a picture of my husband, Eric, and I in San Francisco. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Autumn Clark...and no, I wasn't born in the Fall.
I grew up in a small community in northern Ohio with lots of family around, including 1 younger sister and 3 younger brothers. I moved my junior year of high school and graduated from Circleville High School in 1999. After high school, I attended Ohio Christian University for 2 years before transferring to Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana to finish my degree in Elementary Education.
After graduating college, I taught 3rd grade for 2 years, then we moved to Indianapolis, Indiana and I taught first grade for 4 years and a 2nd/3rd grade gifted class for 1 year. In 2011, my husband, daughter, son, and I moved to Heath, Ohio, and I started teaching 2nd grade in Johnstown. GO JOHNNIES! In 2017, I earned my Master's degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment.
Besides loving teaching, I enjoy doing lots of things with my family and friends. Playing and watching sports is a favorite...my kids play volleyball, soccer, softball, basketball, and run track. My favorite sport to watch is baseball...Go San Francisco Giants! I also love spending time with my family riding bikes, taking walks, and playing games. My family and I also attend church regularly and have fun at lots of church activities with our church family.
When I get some time by myself I love to read and take naps. If I'm lucky, I will get to watch an episode of The Andy Griffith Show.
Now you know some things about me...I hope to get to know you!

Mrs. Clark's Summer Vacation
Posted by Autumn Clark on 8/1/2019Our family had the chance to head out west with some of our friends in July. We spent 5 days exploring Yosemite National Park then headed to San Francisco to whale watch off of Pier 39 and go to a San Francisco Giants baseball game at AT&T Park. It was an amazing trip with lots of breath-taking and memorable moments!
