    Johnstown-Monroe’s Treasurer’s Office strives for sound financial management and strong internal controls over fiscal processes district-wide. The Treasurer’s Office works with the Board and Administration to maintain financial integrity over all operations of the District, and is responsible for budgeting/appropriations, forecasting, internal controls, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, capital planning, bond issues, banking/investments, fiscal policy, forecasting, Board minutes, as well as various other areas.
